Andy Fisher has been a resident at PhilHaven since its opening in 2016. He enjoys living at PhilHaven, because he likes the fact that the property offers independent living for those with disabilities. He likes having his own apartment and the safety and security of PhilHaven. Andy enjoys tenant activities such as watching games with other residents and attending building gatherings. Andy likes having the stability of property management. He likes management’s open-door policy and the extra effort that’s put into solving tenant issues and the events that are put on with the community builder.
